I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chakrala and the entire practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive, making the whole visit feel comfortable and well-organized.
Dr. Chakrala truly stands out for their thoroughness, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered thoughtfully.
The practice itself is clean, efficient, and very well-managed. Appointments run on time, and follow-up communication is prompt and helpful.
