Staff attitude could be bit more welcome and friendlier rather than very business like
Medical facility needs more compass ion and caring attitudes
The way one communicate matters too
We come there using uber
We were given appointments as scheduled by the clinic
But one of us was not even seen by any doctor
Another appointment would mean another trip by uber plus inconvenience in this cold whether
We completed some forms on mental health
No one even bothered to have a look at it
The whole process looks more mechanical and not personal
Staff sounds more abrupt .

Dr Aruna Chakrala is a very dedicated caring and experienced doctor. Been under her care for more than 22years and she has been treating me for numerous health issues and am very happy with my treatments. Jayshree and Nafisa and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
